  • 250 grams of Tunimi
  • Fresh Salad (200g)
  • 1 Red union
  • 2 Bio Eggs
  • 4 Regular Tomatos 
  • Olive oil
  • Small bundel of parsley or basilicum
  • 1 Tablespoon of:
    • Grinded pepper
    • Salt


Begin by washing all the vegtables and spices (Salads , tomato ,union, parsley/ basilicum).  Take a big bowl and start spraying a bit of olive oil on the bottom of the bowl. Now rinse your salad and lay the leaves into your bowl.

Now take your egs and poke a litle hole with a needle in your eggs. Boil your eggs for 6-8 minutes. In the meantime cut the tomato and onions in your preferable size. Now add these pieces to the salid and add some peper and salt. Once this is finished, peal the eggs and add them to your salad(or cut them first in 4 equal pieces).Now add a small steak of tunimmi (Preferable to cook it on a slow medium heat for 4 minutes)


Now enoy your healthy salad!
